Wilson Combat, Sig Sauer Partner on P320

Wilson Combat and Sig Sauer announce the availability of the second Wilson Combat-enhanced P320 9mm semi-automatic pistol collaboration, the WCP320 Carry.

Wilson Combat gunsmiths and engineers have completely reworked a Sig Sauer P320 chassis and unfinished Sig manufactured compact slide into a “Professional” size, full-size grip with 3-slot accessory rail for a portable, yet full-capacity 9mm handgun.

This pistol wears the Wilson Combat-engineered polymer Carry-2 grip module with 3-slot rail. This newly designed and manufactured grip has enhanced traction, smoother reloading, improved pointablity and superb recoil control in dynamic shooting.

The compact slide has been machined with the Wilson Combat X-TAC pattern for improved manipulation under stress. The front and rear cocking serrations, as well as the slide top, wear this signature Wilson Combat pattern. The stainless steel slide and chromoly barrel wear the most advanced black DLC (Diamond-like-Carbon) physical vapor deposition finish available. This finish has chromium and tungsten underlayers for long-lasting corrosion and abrasion resistance.

The Sig Sauer flat-faced XFULL trigger is standard on the WCP320 and gives shooters a lower finger position on the trigger which increases leverage for a lighter, smoother trigger pull.

Davidson's Adds Magazines From D&H Tactical

Davidson’s, one of the nation’s top firearms wholesalers, has added firearms magazines from D&H Tactical to its product line.

D&H Industries is a leading supplier of aluminum magazines for the M-16/AR-15 platform. Their products are currently in use by US and Allied governments around the globe. They are in the service of domestic law enforcement and also shipped as original equipment with many well-known firearms.

NRA Cancels Shooting Championships

Due to the circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic and the many ensuing federal and state safety regulations and mandates, the NRA has canceled the NRA World Shooting Championship and NRA National Police Shooting Championships.

Both events were scheduled to be held in mid-September 2020 in West Virginia and Mississippi.

Bennion Joins TacSol as National Sales Manager

Cody Bennion has been hired as National Sales Manager for Tactical Solutions.

Sig Sauer MCX Virtus Air Rifle Now Shipping

Sig Sauer is now shipping its MCX Virtus pre-charged pneumatic (PCP) Air Rifle.

Based on the MCX Virtus Patrol Rifle, the .22 caliber MCX Virtus PCP semi-automatic air rifle features a 30-round rapid pellet magazine and 17.5-inch barrel with M-LOK™ handguard for easy mounting of accessories. The Virtus is powered by a regulated, 13-cubic-inch, high-pressure air cylinder located in the stock.

Maximum fill pressure is 3,000 psi and output is controlled at 1,100 psi ensuring consistent shots. The air cylinder is refillable and delivers up to 150 shots per fill.

The .22 caliber MCX Virtus PCP Air Rifle shoots up to 700 fps with muzzle energy of 11 ft-lbs.

Winchester Ammunition Expands Component Line

Winchester Ammunition is expanding its component line with a variety of new bullets, primers, wads and several new types of brass shellcases. The components will also be available in new bold packaging designs that include red, black and white graphics.
 
In addition, Winchester pistol and rifle bullets in 500-count packages will now be available in sturdy, stackable cardboard boxes, with the 100-count bullets available in plastic boxes.

Maslak Joins Big Horn Armory

Big Horn Armory (BHA), makers of big-bore firearms, has hired Luke Maslak to join in its Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service efforts. Maslak will focus on sales to chain retailers and larger dealers as well as relationship building with individual store managers.
