The new P7 4X Weapons Optic from LUCID Optics of Wyoming is designed to deliver top-shelf performance at an affordable price.

The LUCID P7 was developed in response to requests for a 4X magnified optic and is built around crystal clear 30mm optics in a cast aluminum aircraft-grade aluminum frame. The frame is wrapped in a chemical rubber armored housing for durability in the field.

The optics use a simple MOA measuring tape reticle with hold-over increments set 8 MOA apart. It gives the shooter fast target acquisition via a sighting circle and framing wedges to speed and hold aiming. It has adjustable ocular focus and is 100% waterproof, shockproof, and is nitrogen purged for fogproof clarity.

The reticle has ten brightness levels and an auto brightness sensor to adjust the reticle when shifting from bright to dark environments without requiring the shooter’s manual intervention. The P7 4X Weapons Optic is powered by a single AA battery for economical and readily available power. The batter lasts up to 2500 hours.

“The P7 4X Optic is our new top-of-the-line product offering,” says Jason Wilson, Founder of LUCID Optics. “This optic competes with any other brand on the market today, at a fraction of the cost. At LUCID, we are dedicated to offering mission ready optics that are proven, responsive and affordable.”

The P7 4X utilizes a standard Picatinny rail mount with reversible mounting pins. The reversible pins allow the P7 4X to be mounted on bullpup configuration weapons without interfering when the shooter needs to charge the weapon.

The P7 4X weighs only 19 ounces. It has an MSRP of $439.
