Industries around the world are feeling the effects of the coronavirus, and our industry isn't immune. Due to concerns of the possible spread of the virus, the IWA OutdoorClassics 2020 that was set to be held March 6-9 in Nuremberg, Germany, has been postponed to a date TBD later in 2020.

Prior to the official announcement of the postponement, there were rumors that some major manufacturers had already planned to skip the show. If you were planning on attending IWA and now you've got an opening on your schedule, consider checking out the Hunting Retailer Show in Nashville, Tennessee, March 9-10.

Though not as big as IWA, the inaugural Hunting Retailer Show will offer attendees the chance to meet one-on-one with exhibitors in a much less hectic environment. The Hunting Retailer Show will be a great place to meet with exhibitors covering almost 40 hunting-focused categories. Check out the full list of exhibitors here.

The Hunting Retailer Show will also be offering eight educational seminars Monday and Tuesday. Take a break from walking the show floor and listen to experts discuss topics such as meeting the needs of female customers, beating social media algorithms and trademark law.

There's still time to register to attend the Hunting Retailer Show. Prices go up March 1, but you can register online anytime before the start of the show or register in person at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center when you arrive.
